BACKGROUND:

    The WINGIN HEAVY DUTY MACHINE COMPANY (SL) LTD is a registered Agricultural and Industrial Equipment Supplier, and has its main office at Main Motor Road, Waterloo, Western Rural, Sierra Leone.

    The Cmpany was established in 2004 in Sierra Leone. During this period, the company has been engaged in the supply of both Industrial and Agricultural Machinery to renowned Government and Non-Governmental organizations in the country.

     In order to enhance the sustainability of this programme the company has established service delivery centers in the following regional head quarter towns in the country,

█NORTH: keni, Kabala, and Kambia

█SOUTH: Bo, Pujehun,Bonthe, and Moyamba

█EAST: Kenema, Kono and Kailahun respectively.

█WEST: Waterloo.

    To further improve on the service delivery, WiNGiN have two technical personnel for every regional service delivery center, so that prompt and efficient repairs and maintenance activities can be carried out on machines supplied by the Company speedily  for the benefit of farmer Organizations, Agric Business Centers and its numerous clients.

OBJECTIVES:
ØTo provide quality machines and equipment for efficient utilization by clients;
ØTo provide appropriate spare parts for all machines and equipment for the improvement of the service delivery;
ØTo provide adequate training on the use of machines supply;
ØTo promote periodic visit to clients for the collection of data on machine use and repairs.

Promote and disseminate the sale of high quality products and appropriate spares.
Improving on Customer Care Service by conducting effective and efficient training and installation of these equipments.
